As with any product, you should always supervise your pet’s play with the product. Inspect product regularly for rips or tears and remove toy if damaged or if parts become separated, as injury may result. 

Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday-Friday.

All orders are dispatched via First Class post and will be delivered by the Royal Mail.

We are unable to guarantee delivery times, but as a guide, First Class delivery typically takes 1-2 working days.

We aim to dispatch 95% of our orders the next working day, and 100% of orders within 3 working days.

You will receive dispatch notification when your order has been sent.

We do not deliver outside of the UK.
