Identity Disc

An easy to use way of identifying your cat - simply write your contact details on a slip of paper and pop it into the disc, which attaches to most collars.

Please note, pictures are for illustration purposes only, and colours/characters may vary. Unfortunately we cannot offer a colour/character preference.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday-Friday.

All orders are dispatched via First Class post and will be delivered by the Royal Mail.

We are unable to guarantee delivery times, but as a guide, First Class delivery typically takes 1-2 working days.

We aim to dispatch 95% of our orders the next working day, and 100% of orders within 3 working days.

You will receive dispatch notification when your order has been sent.

We do not deliver outside of the UK.

We are happy to accept returns up to 7 days after purchase providing the item is returned unused and in the original packaging.

We are also happy to offer exchanges providing the original item is returned unused and in the original packaging.

When making a return, please include details of your name and reason for returning the item.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of your return.
