Adaptil has been scientifically proven by research published in numerous scientific journals to be an effective and safe tool to relieve stress related behaviours in dogs and puppies of all ages.

It is odourless and, non-sedative and has no effect on humans or other animals.Adaptil (formerly DAP) spray (60ml) is part of the well-known Dog Appeasing Pheromone (DAP) range which helps to relieve pet stress as it mimics the natural pheromone that lactating bitches produce to reassure her puppies.

Adaptil spray can be used inside or outside of the home or car to help relieve stress during situations such as travelling, veterinary appointments, moving house, adjusting to new surroundings, among others. Simply spray onto bedding, pet cages, into cars, or around the home to see results.

Relieving pet stress can help combat unwanted behaviours such as barking, soiling, vomiting, destruction, and panting.

Adaptil Spray can be sprayed directly on bedding, inside crates, indoor kennels, or in the car. It is a convenient formulation for intermittent use. Spray 8 to 10 pumps of DAP 15 minutes prior to expected effects and before the dog is introduced into the environment (car, carrier, kennel etc). Effects should last approximately 2-3 hours, although each animal will respond differently. Renew application after this time or if you notice a reduced effect. DAP Spray should not be directly sprayed on animals or near an animals face.
