Delivery

All orders are dispatched via standard delivery and will be delivered by the Royal Mail.

We aim to dispatch 95% of our orders the next working day, and 100% of orders within 3-5 working days.

Many of our items qualify for free delivery, but any delivery charges that may have been incurred will be shown at checkout.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, and so we are unable to guarantee delivery times, but as a guide, standard delivery typically takes no more than 3-5 working days to arrive.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday-Friday.

You will receive dispatch notification when your order has been sent.

Please allow up to ten working days from the day of dispatch before enquiring about your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver outside of the UK.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns up to 7 days after purchase providing the item is returned unused and in the original packaging.

We are also happy to offer exchanges providing the original item is returned unused and in the original packaging.

When making a return, please include details of your name and reason for returning the item.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of your return.

Please contact us prior to returning your purchase for a refund or exchange.
