Returns and Refunds

Mr Pets aims to always deliver the items you ordered in excellent condition. We understand however, that on occasion you may want to return an item you purchased from us.

If you wish to return items to us, please do so within 14 calendar days of the despatch date. To receive a full refund on unwanted items, the item must not have been used with original packaging still intact.

If we deliver the incorrect product, your item arrives damaged, or the item becomes faulty, we will cover the cost of return postage and replace or refund the item.

Please do make sure you have selected your chosen pet product carefully and it is exactly the product you require prior to purchase - including product size, colour and description. Any postage costs to return a product that has been incorrectly ordered, or is no longer wanted are at the expense of the consumer. Products returned that show signs of intentional damage cannot be refunded.

How do I return an item?


1) Please package your items up safely + securely ready to be returned via standard post
2) Please include a a note detailing your order number, address and reason for return
3) Post back to us at the address below. We recommend you obtain proof of postage, which is free of charge at the Post Office
4) As soon as the returned item is received at our returns address, we will issue a full refund to the card / PayPal account you paid with, or we’ll despatch an exchange or replacement item for you

Medicines

Unfortunately, by law we are unable to accept returned Prescription (POM-V or POM-VPS) medicines for a refund.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

The refunded payment is subject to standard bank clearing times and depending on payment method; can take up to 7 working days.
